In addition to the basic pay, selected officers will be entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Provident Fund, National Pension System (NPS), Leave Fare Concession (LFC), Medical Facilities, and other perquisites as admissible under SBI rules from time to time. The selection of candidates for SBI SCO Law Officer posts will be based on the following stages. The final merit list will be prepared based on the normalization of marks scored in the Online Written Test and Interview with a weightage of 70:30 respectively. [[10]]

The online written test will consist of an Objective Test and a Descriptive Test.
